Licence

When you buy a pack, or download the free sample, FWG Studio gives you a non-exclusive licence to use and personalise its designs on channels and social accounts that you own or run as one creator or one business. Monetized and sponsored streams, channel videos, thumbnails and promotion of those channels are all fine, with no audience-size limit.

You can edit the files for your own channels and keep backups. You can share a working copy privately with an editor who helps only with your channels; they can’t keep or reuse it for other clients.

You can’t resell, sublicense, give away, upload to an asset marketplace or otherwise redistribute the templates or their source files, or offer them as your own product, template, stock art, NFT or background-art collection. Showing them as part of your stream or channel is, of course, what they’re for.

Designs are non-exclusive: other creators can buy the same pack, and no exclusive rights are given. Gridline, Cobalt and Mono combine AI-generated abstract backgrounds with original layouts, typography and graphics. Ember, Tidal, Verdant, Orbit, Signal and Prism use original vector artwork. The included DejaVu fonts keep their own open licence. OBS, Twitch and other platform names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. The LICENSE.txt file in each download is the full licence text.

Purchases and delivery

FWG Studio is a store by ForgeWorld Gaming, run by Mackenzie Morton in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Prices are one-time prices in Canadian dollars; there is no subscription. The price shown at checkout is what you pay. Payments are processed by PayPal, by PayPal account or by debit or credit card, and we never see your card details.

Packs are digital downloads; nothing is shipped. As soon as PayPal confirms your payment, your download page opens and we email a private link to the address on your payment. The link works for 30 days, with up to 10 downloads of each file. If PayPal holds a payment as pending, we send the link automatically once it clears. Lost your link? Email us with your order reference and we’ll send a new one.

A full pack contains 14 designs, each as PNG and editable SVG, plus an animated browser scene with its personalizer, fonts, instructions and the licence. Hosting, installation, alerts, emotes, badges, music, gameplay footage, video exports and custom design work are not included.

Refunds

Because packs are delivered instantly, sales are final once a pack has been downloaded, with these exceptions:

• If a file is faulty or isn’t as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll fix it or refund you.
• If you paid but never received your files, we’ll deliver them or refund you.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, we’ll refund the duplicate.
• If you haven’t downloaded anything yet, ask within 14 days for a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute; it’s usually faster. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Privacy

When you buy, PayPal shares your name, email address and the transaction ID with us. We keep those with your order to deliver your files, email your link and receipt, help with support and keep the business records Canadian law requires. We don’t sell your information or send marketing email.

PayPal handles your payment under its own privacy statement. We count visits with privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that we host ourselves; the download page and preview lab are not tracked. Analytics omit URL queries and fragments, including library search text. We count recognized campaign labels separately for the landing page and its clicks without storing full URL queries or carrying those labels to other pages. We count sample-download, pack-button and guide-link clicks, product additions, cart openings and checkout starts. These events exclude the text you enter, contact details and order references; starting checkout is not counted as a paid purchase. Your cart, motion preference, saved previews, preview draft, saved looks and checklist progress are stored in your own browser. Saved looks include the pack, scene and preview name you choose to keep. You can clear saved previews in the library, reset your current preview draft or remove individual saved looks in the preview lab, and reset checklist progress in the guide. Resetting the current preview does not remove saved looks. These preferences do not sync between devices.

Preview names stay in your browser unless you choose to copy or share a preview link. That link contains the name, so anyone you share it with can see it. Preview text is not attached to your order. Site search runs in your browser; library filters appear in the page URL so you can save or share them. Our web server keeps routine technical logs for security.
